The workshop I teach are focused on the different aspects of life that we usually encounter and fight, offering an approach based on the ability to learn through body care and a personal experience.


Practice of different exercises teaches how to switch from taking total care of ourself to taking care of the subject through the body, instead of facing it only at a mental level. 

You will identify the habits that restrict you, you will gain the ability of stopping them and to go beyond your limits.  


In addition of the creation of a behaviour in the approach and in the way of taking care of the subjects who presents in life and proposed in the seminar, learning through the body also creates a change as reduction of conditions and undesired physical sensations, and at the same time it creates a strong experience of greater wellness and personal relief.
