Groups

Learning in a group of people with similar interests, tests and motivates us. Working individually, in couples and in small groups gives us the opportunity of learning from situations that are similar to the ones we can experience in real life, creating an immediate change. Looking at the others allows us to gain clarity and increase the possibilities to intensify our individual learning.

Group activities teach how to orientate through different aspects of life that we often encounter and that we do not know how to fully face. The practice in the exercises teach how to shift attention in ourself and to take care of the subject through the body, instead of facing it at a mental level.
